Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website saifebuilds.com (the "Site") operated by Saife Builds Construction ("Saife Builds," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an estimate request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Estimate requests
The Site lets you request a free estimate for construction, remodeling, renovation, roofing, exterior, or 3D visualization work. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Saife Builds. Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and on a site visit; final pricing may differ once the work is scoped in person.
2. Information and photos you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them to prepare your estimate and plan your project. We do not publish your photos or use them in marketing without your separate permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to send false, misleading, or abusive submissions; to upload malicious files; or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may decline or ignore any request at our discretion.
4. Site content
Text, images, renderings, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Saife Builds or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. 3D visualizations shown on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific finished result.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saife Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under a signed project agreement or under applicable law.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Communications Consent
This section explains how we contact you about your estimate request and how text-message consent works.
SMS consent is optional and separate from requesting an estimate. Customers may submit our estimate request form without agreeing to receive text messages. We send SMS/MMS messages only to customers who have opted in.
When you request an estimate, we use the phone number and email address you provide to call or email you back about that request. We send text messages only if you checked the separate, optional SMS box on the form. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
How to opt out
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us. You may receive one final confirmation text.
- Phone calls: tell us during a call, or contact us using the details below, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
- Email: reply to any email asking to be removed, or contact us using the details below.
Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the others; let us know if you want no further contact at all.

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Saife Builds Construction ("Saife Builds").
1. SMS Consent Communication
Information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If you have given consent to receive text messages from Saife Builds Construction, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Appointment reminders (for example, site visits and estimate appointments)
- Follow-up messages about your estimate request
- Project updates and scheduling
- Billing questions
Example: "Thank you for reaching out to Saife Builds Construction. We've received your estimate request and are reviewing it. Our team will update you within one business day. For any further questions, feel free to reply or contact us at (440) 536-9552. Reply STOP to opt out."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to appointments, project updates, or billing.
4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5. Opt-In Method
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Saife Builds Construction by filling out the estimate request form at https://saifebuilds.com/#contact and checking the separate, optional SMS consent box. The box is not pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (440) 536-9552 or contact@saifebuilds.com to request removal from our messaging list.
7. Help

Additional options: If you do not want to receive SMS messages, leave the SMS consent box on our forms unchecked. You can still request an estimate.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Saife Builds collects, uses, and protects information you provide through the Site.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project type, project details, and any photos you upload through the estimate form, plus your estimated budget, desired start date, and how you heard about us if you choose to provide them.
- SMS consent records: with every estimate request we record whether you checked the separate, optional SMS box, along with your phone number, the date and time of submission, the page the form was submitted from, the version of the SMS disclosure shown, and the network address and browser type it was submitted from. If you checked the box, we also keep the disclosure text you agreed to. If you did not check it, we record that you did not opt in to text messages.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical details such as browser type and pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.
- How you found us: to understand which of our advertising and outreach works, the Site records how you arrived (for example, the search engine, ad campaign, or website that referred you, and the first page you visited) and saves it with your estimate request. We also keep a simple record when someone taps a call or text button on the Site (the page, the button, and the date and time). This information is stored in your browser and in our own records, and is not sold or shared for others' advertising.
How we use your information
- To prepare your estimate and plan a site visit.
- To contact you about your request by phone or email, and by text message only if you opted in using the separate SMS box, as described in the Communications Consent and SMS Terms sections above.
- To keep records of the projects we quote and perform.
- To protect the Site and prevent abuse.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you and run our business. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent information is excluded from all of the sharing below.
- With service providers that help us operate — for example, our website hosting and email provider — who may process it only on our behalf.
- With subcontractors or suppliers involved in your project, when needed to scope or perform the work. This never includes your mobile opt-in or text message consent.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
