Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website saifebuilds.com (the "Site") operated by Saife Builds Construction ("Saife Builds," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an estimate request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Estimate requests
The Site lets you request a free estimate for construction, remodeling, renovation, roofing, exterior, or 3D visualization work. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Saife Builds. Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and on a site visit; final pricing may differ once the work is scoped in person.
2. Information and photos you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them to prepare your estimate and plan your project. We do not publish your photos or use them in marketing without your separate permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to send false, misleading, or abusive submissions; to upload malicious files; or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may decline or ignore any request at our discretion.
4. Site content
Text, images, renderings, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Saife Builds or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. 3D visualizations shown on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific finished result.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saife Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under a signed project agreement or under applicable law.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Communications Consent
When you submit an estimate request, you must check a box agreeing to be contacted. This section explains exactly what that consent covers.
By checking the consent box on our estimate form, you give Saife Builds Construction your express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email — about your estimate request, scheduling a site visit, and related services. Calls and texts may be made using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate by calling us directly instead.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
How to opt out
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us. You may receive one final confirmation text.
- Phone calls: tell us during a call, or contact us using the details below, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
- Email: reply to any email asking to be removed, or contact us using the details below.
Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the others; let us know if you want no further contact at all.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Saife Builds collects, uses, and protects information you provide through the Site.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project type, project details, and any photos you upload through the estimate form.
- Consent records: when you check the consent box, we record that you did, along with the date, time, and the network address the form was submitted from, so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical details such as browser type and pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.
How we use your information
- To prepare your estimate and plan a site visit.
- To contact you about your request and related services, as described in the Communications Consent section above.
- To keep records of the projects we quote and perform.
- To protect the Site and prevent abuse.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you and run our business:
- With service providers that help us operate — for example, our website hosting and email provider — who may process it only on our behalf.
- With subcontractors or suppliers involved in your project, when needed to scope or perform the work.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Text messaging consent is never shared. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages from us are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.

We keep estimate requests and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time; we may retain what is necessary for legal or record-keeping purposes.

Security
